After listening to the thoughts of a large sample of customers, we’ve realised that an ‘always on’ one-size fits all loyalty scheme doesn’t work hard enough for you and reward you in a way that matches your specific wants and needs.
We listened when you told us you’d like more immediate and individual promotions, alongside business benefits and services to help you make more profit with less hassle.
Registrations for Juice will close from midnight on 31st July 2019. However, if you are an existing Juice customer you can still earn points throughout August. From 1st September 2019, all points totals will be frozen and any future spend with Jewson will not be rewarded with points.
You will have from 1st August until 30th November 2019 to redeem your existing points for rewards. After this point Juice will formally close.
Please note the juicerewards.co.uk website will be down between 1st September – 9th September inclusive to allow for essential maintenance to allow for final redemptions.
All Juice points will expire on 30th November 2019. You will receive plenty of reminders to redeem before this time but all points must be redeemed before this date. Unfortunately, no points will be transferable to the new campaign and there is no cash alternative available.

As a Juice member you will be invited to join our new Build up to Christmas campaign. Running from 1st September through to 30th November the campaign is designed to reward you in time for Christmas.
A personalised target and reward have been calculated for you based on your previous average monthly spend. Simply achieve or exceed your target by 30th November and you will qualify for a choice of rewards.
• A high street shopping voucher to easily buy Christmas presents, or treat yourselves
• A holiday voucher which can be used in the UK or abroad
• Jewson Credit

Registration on jewsonrewards.co.uk is open from 1st August – 30th October and your spend will begin to be tracked from 1st September – 30th November If you sign up after the 1st September but before 31st October your spend will still count towards the target. To be a part of the campaign, you must register by 31st October, unfortunately we will not be able to take entries after this cut off point.
All targets are individual, so they are personalised towards each customer.
Targets have been calculated by analysing your past 12 months spend with an average taken.
All existing Juice customers will receive a letter and email which will invite you to opt in to Build up to Christmas. You will receive this on or around Wednesday 31st July.
After that, you will receive reminders to redeem Juice points via text and email and if you register for Build up to Christmas you will receive separate updates.
You will also receive a letter in early December containing information related to the rewards campaigns taking place in 2020.
